Shipping and delivery

For customers in the UK we offer FREE delivery on all orders regardless of the total amount. Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding national holidays and usually ship within two days. We’ll notify you by email to let you know.

For customers outside the UK, we’ll drop any shipping costs as long as you’re a big spender and the total amount for your goods is over £75.

We cannot guarantee that you won’t be charged local customs taxes in the destination country and that’s the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your order please let us know us via the contact page within 14 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange. To exchange an item you will be responsible for all postage costs. Unless we made a mistake of course.

We must receive orders in the same condition as it was received by you. We can’t make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are your full responsibility unless the product is faulty. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.

We do not store credit or debit card details, nor do we share customer information with any third party.
